Jace and Taylor live in Truckee. They got married in Napa on a day that hit 100 degrees and did not slow down for a single minute. Ceremony in the vines, dinner that was genuinely one of the best meals I have ever had at a wedding, a full band, karaoke, silent disco, a chihuahua, and a party that ran until 3 in the morning after they bought more time. As a Brindare Napa Valley wedding photographer this one is going to be hard to top.
THE VENUE

Brindare sits at 641 Main Street in St. Helena, right in the center of Napa Valley. Five distinct spaces on a private estate- vineyards, gardens, a courtyard lined with mulberry trees, mountain views to the Mayacamas- all yours exclusively for the day. Up to 350 guests. The venue was formerly known as Tre Posti and has been reimagined under Executive Chef Nash Cognetti, who leads one of the most serious culinary operations you will find at any wedding venue in California.
The food is not catered wedding food. It is restaurant-quality seasonal Napa Valley cooking served at your wedding. Jace and Taylor’s dinner was one of the best meals I have ever had on a job. At 100 degrees in the valley, nobody left the table early.
THE CEREMONY

The ceremony was held in the vineyard with rows of vines in every direction and the Mayacamas Mountains sitting behind the whole thing. Over 100 degrees and everyone was present for every second of it. Jace and Taylor are the kind of couple where the emotion in the room is real and you feel it as the photographer. People were crying before the vows even started.
Their chihuahua was in the ceremony. That is all I need to say about that.
THE PARTY

SILENT DISCO!!!
Dart Collective played the reception. Then there was karaoke. Then a silent disco. Jace and Taylor had planned a full evening and when the evening was done they bought more time and kept going until 3 in the morning. There were a lot of guests and every single one of them was still there.
I have photographed a lot of wedding receptions. This one was different. The energy never dropped. Not once.
