Two venues on one mountain. Ceremony at High Camp via aerial tram, reception at the Olympic Valley Event Center below. The most dramatic wedding destination in the Sierra Nevada and the one I know better than any other.

A 1966 70-foot classic yacht running private wedding charters on Lake Tahoe. You sail through Emerald Bay, past Rubicon Point, with Mount Tallac behind you. There is no other venue in Tahoe that puts you on the water with that backdrop.

An alpine resort at Donner Summit with year-round mountain access. Winter weddings here are something else entirely. Snow, peaks, and a venue that was made for dramatic photographs.
